Hi! We're Kristi, Angel and Twilah. It's nice to meet you!
Kristi is the founder of Keto Sweetie and the mastermind behind all of our delicious recipes! Before discovering the Keto diet, she was struggling to find a diet that worked for her lifestyle and after years of "yo-yo dieting" she felt like she would never find one, but in 2015 Kristi discovered the Keto diet and started seeing real changes in her health! In November of 2020 she founded Keto Sweetie and has since perfected a bunch of delicious Keto-friendly treats that she is so excited to now share with you!
Angel is Kristi's business partner and daughter! She has a bachelor's degree in Marketing from EWU and has done various design work in a bunch of different fields before she joined her mom at Keto Sweetie. She is the face behind the website and social media accounts. In her free time, she loves to be outdoors with her husband and daughter.

Twilah is Angel's daughter and Kristi's granddaughter. She is our most trusted taste-tester and best customer greeter!
